The step people skip because the bottle is complicated. This one is not: half a pipette, warmed between the palms, pressed into a clean face at night. Twenty seconds, then bed.
A lightweight water-gel that sinks in without tack, so a stick or a balm goes over it in the morning without pilling. No fragrance, no essential oils, no colour.

What is in it, and what each one is for
- Glycerin — holds water in the top layer of skin. The oldest, dullest, most reliable humectant there is.
- Niacinamide — a form of vitamin B3. Well studied, well tolerated, used here at a normal cosmetic level rather than a headline one.
- Panthenol — provitamin B5. Softens, and takes the edge off skin that feels tight.
- Squalane — a light emollient that stops water leaving as fast as it arrived.
- Sodium hyaluronate — the small-molecule form of hyaluronic acid, for slip and immediate comfort.

What it will not do
It is a cosmetic. It hydrates, softens and makes skin more comfortable. It does not treat a medical condition, it does not replace sunscreen, and it will not undo a decade in six weeks. Anyone selling you that is selling you something else.
